Both Ocarinas use the same song wheel: hold one in your main hand, press O by default, choose a song, then hold Use to play it. The Ocarina of Time also has access to Song of Time.

Song wheel
- Hold either Ocarina in your main hand.The wheel does not open while chat, inventory, or another screen is visible.
- Press O by default.The client asks the server which songs the player has unlocked.
- Choose an available song.Right-click to play. The Ocarina validates the selection against current unlocks.

Ocarina of Time
The Ocarina of Time can appear in buried treasure, dungeons, stronghold libraries, woodland mansions, and fishing treasure at different per-table chances. See Where to Find Things.
